1.1 These Terms govern your use of our website and services provided by Sunbeam Lanka Tailoring JVC, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 By engaging with our tailoring services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or using our services under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Services

2.1 We provide tailoring, alterations, and custom clothing design services.
2.2 Prices, timelines, and product availability may vary depending on fabric, design complexity, and customization requirements.
2.3 Any measurements provided by you must be accurate. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All orders must be confirmed in writing (in-store, email, or online).
3.2 A deposit may be required for custom tailoring orders. Work will not begin until payment or deposit has been received.
3.3 Final payment is due upon completion of the order before collection or delivery.
3.4 We accept payments in AED through cash, card, or other accepted methods.

4. Fittings & Alterations

4.1 Fittings may be required depending on the garment type. Customers are expected to attend scheduled fittings to ensure proper adjustments.
4.2 Alterations requested after final approval may incur additional charges.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not available once tailoring work has begun.
5.2 Cancellations must be made before fabric cutting or stitching has started. In such cases, deposits may be non-refundable.
5.3 If a garment is found to be faulty due to our workmanship, we will make the necessary corrections at no extra charge.

6. Delivery & Collection

6.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, fabric availability, and design complexity.
6.2 Customers must collect completed garments within 30 days of completion notice. We are not responsible for items left beyond this period.

7. Liability

7.1 While we take utmost care in handling your fabrics and garments, we are not liable for damage caused by defective materials provided by the customer.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, customs, or unforeseen events).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All images, designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Sunbeam Lanka Tailoring JVC.
8.2 You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

9.1 Your personal information will be collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
